Its true that Pooler, Georgia native Jared Wade attended Georgia Southern along with upper classmen Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Dallas Davidson and Eric Lee Beddingfield. Its also true that within just two years of his first live performance, Jared Wade found himself in front of thousands of fans while opening the famed Luke Bryan Farm Tourboth in 2010 and 2011, as well as in the studio at the iconic Otis Redding estate working with Otis Redding III.
But it wasn’t until 2013 that Jared Wade’s career shot out of the gate after he moved to Nashville, Tennessee to record his debut EP Drunk on Sunshine. The project was recorded at Nashville’s legendary Sound Emporium Studios which has graced world-class artists such as Kenny Rogers, Johnny Cash, Kenny Chesney, Don McClean, John Denver, Taylor Swift, REM and Alan Jackson. Jared’s performance on the EP lead to winning the Georgia Music Awards “2013 Country Male Vocalist of the Year” as well putting him on the road with country music legend Tracy Lawrence on the 120-stop Headlights, Taillights and Radios tour.
In 2014, Jared hit the road with Tracy Lawrence again as well as dates with John Anderson, Wade Bowen, Confederate Railroad, Blackhawk and Joe Diffie. By April, he found himself on the cover of Pooler Magazine, playing private shows for professional athletes and nominated for both Georgia Music Awards 2014 Male Vocalist of the Year and 2014 Country Male Vocalist of the Year.
As people became exposed to Jared’s powerful vocal and radio-hooky songs it only took 14 months for his Facebook page to go from 3,200 Likes to over 50,000 Likes and a weekly average post reach of 87,000 people.
In addition to his musical career, Jared is a pro-staffer on the award-winning hunting show “Wild Adrenaline” available on The Pursuit Channel and can regularly be seen at national outdoor conventions such as ATA, NWTF and the Mule Deer Foundation Convention.
